For HTML document,
In review and sign page > email address is showing incorrect.
On click of reset, every time Belal's name is showing.

The issue mentioned above is replicating due to API updation issue in case of HTML forms.

This is related to the ticket DMS-1014 in which you are working.

Kindly check this case as well along with DMS-1014.

Hi Mohd Belal,

For Reset issue mentioned in Priya's comment :  the cause of this is that on click of reset in the HTML form, the default value set in HTML is shown. Kindly check the HTML uploaded as it contains your name in the value attribute. There is no issue of API updation here.

Yes the Reset functionality will work this way as mentioned it will reset to default values.

The email value is also not getting updated when we are trying to Review and Submit, this needs to be checked at API level.

Hi Mohd Belal,

Sign image not saving issue is resolved under DMS-1014.

Please see below additional changes the need to be done from UI level for Sign and Email

1. Consider ID instead of name for PDFJsonData in submit.
2. In AssignPDfSrc, consider email type to show email data.
3. Once document is submitted, and opened again in read only mode, sign is editable.
4. Signature library tile not showing even when sign is present. This tile is showing when PDF forms are opened. \

The fields mapped are getting updated in case of first name and last name for the HTML.

It is pre-filled with the earlier mapped values for the candidate. So now we have belal mapped as first name for this user. So its being getting displayed.

Once the html is created from Create Document and the fields which are mapped will be getting updated for the user from Review and Sign.

Hi Mohd Belal,

After removing default value from HTML still I am able to see the incorrect data fro my email.

Also, after downloading the HTML email is getting removed.

Can you please check and confirm the same.

While downloading the html from Completed and Send forms the data is not coming accurate according to the user type.

A new Jira DMS-1048 is created by Ramya Tantry for this issue.

Please check this case once it is being completed.
