Environment: PreProd

The issue of download is verified and working as expected.
With the previous attachment, 3 options were available. Now, with the current implementation only Download is available and is working.

2. Name: DownloadFileByTemplateID
3. Paramters:
   a. TypeID : Required
   b. TemplateID: Required
   c. email : Optional
