Objective: As a texting user, when I reply stop to a text from Company A, I only want to opt out to their texts, not texts from every CBAT employer so that I can control who I receive texts from.

Exit: I remove consent from a single vendor
Acceptance criteria:
- Update our integration with Twilio to ensure we only opt out by Company, not in general
- Opting out from one recruiter opts me out from all recruiters at a single company
- Opting out does not opt me out from other companies
