CBES - Redirection to CBEs portal instead of DMS

      Description

      Admin sends out an email to the candidates with the documents attached to it. The candidate receives an email with the link when clicked, the candidate is redirected to DMS. CBES requirement says that they want the candidate to be redirected to their candidate portal to upload the forms sent out.
