API to fetch all emails sent by admin

            As per our discussion in morning call, there will be a UI change of redirecting it to Completed forms library page on click of email sent tile.

            As discussed in our morning call for Email sent tile (DMS-1258) - We will just be redirecting to Completed forms library page on click of email sent tile.

            There will be no email related action as of now.
