1) I believe email template configuration won't be available until Fall, but is there an opportunity to change the current one?
2) Small language changes are needed, it seems that the candidate's name isn't pulling in (it just says "Hi Candidate") and at the very bottom, it is showing as coming from our Intake tool and that you can click to Approve/Modify.

We are able to see Candidate's Name in email.
Please let us know if you want to change the bottom mentioned text that is it "coming from our Intake tool and that you can click to Approve/Modify".

Why is there the message about intake on the bottom though? Was that in the initial requirements?

It shouldn't be there - I asked Aruna Raheja that awhile back - I think it just came from a template she used to do the UX mock-up. I had deleted it from the template, but if it's hard coded somewhere, we should get rid of

Hi Priya Dhamande and Samir,
It is fixed in that the message does not show - but there is still the issue that when I sign a document, the confirmation email still has some errors:
- It says "First Name" and not my first name (which it did in the assigned email I first got)
- The document image inside of the email is broken.

We have checked and found that. The thumbnail issue is related to email app which we are using. if you open that email in browser that will shown properly.

This looks to be working correctly.
DMS-1360 was created to address the current issue of links not working from emails now.
