Couple comments on the review/sign page:
1.) Where in CBAT can recruiters see comments/files a candidate posts on the review/sign DMS page? Since CBAT users would be in DMS, it's not clear where this communication can be seen.
2.) PDF upload on the review/sign DMS page is not working. I tried to upload a couple files and it should it was successful but I don't see it anywhere.

) As a candidate in the DMS portal, it's not intuitive that you must enter and post a comment in order to successfully Attach a File. I was trying to upload an attachment and nothing was happening, then when I added a comment, it pushed the attachment through and posted the comment and attachment. It should either be indicated that you must add comments in order to actually upload the attachment, or you should be able to upload attachments without needing to add a comment.

The issue is replicating at our end. Rohan J Khandave is looking into the same.

If CBAT can consume this, then leave it on the screen, if not then we need to hide it (attachment and comment portion).
Below is issue details.
Concern: Candidate not able to post comment & other actions on Review&Sign screen,
Cause: When candidate registers , permissions are not getting added for them. Due to that all create , update , Delete ,permissions are false. Due to that controls on page are disabled.
Correction: We have done code changes to handle this scenario. By default candidate will have below permissions if permissions are not added into system.
For All Menus "Create , Update , Read" permissions are assigned. Also no PII data is accessible to candidate.
Same permissions are applicable to guest user , which used for non-registered candidates.

Seeing two issues with this still:
- Dragging and dropping a file causes the document browser to show.
- What is an issue with that is that it doesn't 1) attach that document but 2) the browser screen that shows only allows the user to save documents... which is already on their computer.
- Clicking on Upload does nothing, but closes the dialog box.

Hi Robert Malony,
Please refer below comments:
1. Dragging and dropping a file causes the document browser to show.
QA Comments: Need to drag the document in restricted area. Refer highlighted section in jira.
What is an issue with that is that it doesn't
1) attach that document but
2) the browser screen that shows only allows the user to save documents... which is already on their computer.
QA Comments: The document gets attached as expected when dropped in mentioned area.
Clicking on Upload does nothing, but closes the dialog box.
QA Comments: Need to add the Attachment type, this is an mandatory field.
Steps for Posting comments along with attachment:
1. Select Attach a File
2. Browse Document
3. Select Attachment Type
4. Click Upload
5. Now, add comments > Post comment
The attachment will be uploaded along with comments.
