1. Review and Sign
2. Completion Email
3. Delinquent Email

For all above mentioned email template To and From added same email id. Received emails as expected. So, marking jira Done.

Changes done: If To and CC contains same email address, then we have removed the address in CC list. No changes done on UI level.

Hi Ramya Tantry, From SendGrid side we have restriction that between to, cc and bcc fields, there should not be a duplicate email to prevent sending same email multiple times to a recipient. You should add this restriction from UI itself. These emails will be there in failed email history, but as of now we don't have API to get failed emails.

I need your input on email sent from Send forms page as we are using communication API to send the mails.

When we set same email address for To and CC on Send forms page, email is not received. But if only email id is set on To on the same page, then email is received. Delivery status information from email log is Email message is queued successfully for both these cases.

CommApiUrl is https://dmscomapistage.workterra.net/auth1/api/Email/Send

Can you please check this at communication API end.
