Description

1.Login with admin
2.Create the html template
3.Map last name while creating template
4.Send the document to candidate
5.Preview the form
6.Observe that "Mohd" as last name is populating
7.But for that user when I registered I entered Last name as "last", so that name should be populated in preview form also not the default name

Verified this on preproduction.
For new candidate, blank values are getting populated - as expected
For existing - Correct values are getting populated.

Hi Jayshree Nagpure,

The last name coming as "Mohd" is from the html default value set which will show in case of no values present to the field.

Please use the above html and test the case, in case if any candidate have no values assigned, then the first name, last name will come empty.
