Steps :
1.Admin to create template HTML template
2.Assign view only rights to Signature for Admin/End User
3.Send the document to New Candidate
4.Preview
5.Observe that Admin is able to sign the document(Enter text and submit)
Expected Result :
In case of Admin login for new candidate , admin should not be able to sign the document
