1.Admin to create template HTML template
2.Assign view only rights to Signature for Admin/End User
3.Send the document to New Candidate
4.Preview
5.Observe that Admin is able to sign the document(Enter text and submit)

HI Jayshree Nagpure,

I have tested the same scenario on a pre-prod environment for with mentioned steps I was not able to edit signature while previewing this document as admin.

As per the changes in DMS-1773. This issue is resolved. Signature will not populate or editable to admin login.

Environment: Prod
Login: Admin
File Type: HTML
Browser: FF and Chrome

Steps:
1.Admin to create template HTML template
2.Assign view only rights to Signature for Admin/End User
3.Send the document to New Candidate
4.Preview
5.Observe that Admin is able to sign the document(Enter text and submit)

Both Admin and Candidate are getting view only rights.
Refer screen capture. So, marking jira done.
