      Overview:
      Allow DMS users to modify email notifications that go to end user and Candidate.

      Entry:
      *DMS user navigates to email template settings

      Acceptance Criteria:
      *IF I am the DMS user, I am able to edit branding and verbiage on the email templates that ask user to Review and Sign the document.

      Exit:
      *DMS user saves changes and exits.
