Overview:
Label change in ATS should be refreshed in DMS(candidate & requisition) for mapping. Map all the variable fields in the ATS for Requisition and candidate at least with Fields in DMS, can a potential integration/refresh once a day that Label in ATS are updated in DMS on ongoing basis for synching on the same fields are recognized and synching up on both system. It could be Dynamic too. When iframe is loading we can have a command going to fetch the current data refresh. Labels in DMS updated with labels in ATS whenever a user is accessing iframe.

User Stories
1. As a CB AT user, fields in ATS should in synch with fields in DMS

Entry Criteria: 
1. CB AT user enters DMS from CB AT.
2. CB AT user uploads form.
3. CB AT sees mapping section populate with fields from CB AT.
4. CB AT shows custom fields within the system fields

Exit Criteria:
*CB AT user maps form fields to CB AT fields and saves form.

Acceptance Criteria:
*IF I am using the DMS system, I am able to see custom fields Label change in ATS, the same custom field Label should be available in DMS
*IF I have uploaded a form in the DMS, I can use same fields from CB AT to populate candidate & requisition information into DMS.

Prerequisites:

• User is a current user of CBAT.
• User has access to DMS.
  Dependencies:

Client's custom fields tag should be stored in ATS

HITT Contracting:
o 62 Sertfi different documents in CBAT (including Offer letters)
o Using at least 11 custom fields accept different labels

• Penhall:
  o 16 different documents in CBAT (Mostly offer letters)
  o Using at least 5 custom fields different labels

• Multi-Color Corporation:
  o No Sertifi documents in CBAT toolbox.
  o Looks like client is sending document from the Sertifi portal directly.
  o might be a good fit for DMS as is, for the ad-hoc document sending.; for use in workflow: CSM would need to confirm how the client uses sertfi and gather an exhaustive list of document to ensure no custom fields would be need.
