Completed Forms Library Text file download should return inputs intact along with mapped field values.

      Description

      Currently:

      When downloading the Text file as html in Completed Forms Library, the file is removing the inputs fields added to the mapped tags in the html forms and directly adding field value to the html.

      Inputs fields should remain in the html form along with mapped field values to it, so that we can map signature field in the UI part.

          With the latest changes made in Download API, the signature field is getting populated while download.
