Overview

As a User, I need to be able to drag a file from my browser window and drop it onto the Upload a Form container.

Entry Criteria:

1. User Edits a form.
2. User Creates a new form.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. The User shall be able to not only upload a document, but also drag a file and drop into the container on the Form Template screen.
2. There shall be a visualization and/or text to describe that the User can drag and drop a file there.

Exit Criteria:

1. User Saves form from Create/Edit.
2. User Cancels from form Create/Edit.
