Steps:
1. Admin Login
2. Create Template with multiple tags
3. Send form
4. Preview [For existing whose data is not available]
5. Tags are appearing
Expected: Blank text boxes should appear
Actual: tags are appearing.

As we discussed as fields are not save due to which it not populating text inputs. The DMS-1569 is reported for same. So assigning to you.

The issue is appearing again. Tags are updating. refer screen captures.

Hi Priya Dhamande,
We have verified this issue but not able reproduce. We have checked it replacing text-box if value is empty.
Please make do not copy tag fields it should type in editor it self. Please check and let me know if you face issue again
