Steps :
1.Created template
2.Send the document
3.Candidate login : Review and submit the document
4.Login with Admin
5.Completed send forms library > Search for the document which was send previously
6.Resend button is enabled and able to submit document

Actual Result : Resend button is enabled and able to submit document

Expected Result : Document once signed and submitted should not be able to resend
