      Description

      Environment: Preprod
      Login: Admin
      Browser: FF and Chrome

      Steps;
      1. Admin login
      2. Template Library > Create Template
      3. File Type > TEXT
      4. Add fields
      5. Create Template

      Expected: Mapped fields popup should come up
      Actual: Able to create template without adding rights to mapped field

      Issues:
      1. Able to create template without adding rights to mapped field
      2. No mapped fields populated in manage permission popup
