      Description

      Replication steps :

      1) Open upload forms page.
      2) Fill all mandatory details
      3) Map all form fields with system field
      4) Observe that document is not created

            I have analyzed this & tested this on local and pre-prod this was not re-produced all fields were mapped in pdf to system fields please verify this at your end. you can refer
