      Environment : Production
      Login : Admin *
      File Type: PDF and HTML*
      Credentials : CBADAD/CBADAD

      1.Login with Admin
      2.Upload Html document
      3.Observe that for first time when html document is uploaded, system fields are removing

          Verified on Preproduction.
          Currently this is working fine.
          All the fields are populating.
          We will keep watching if same scenario occurs again.

          I checked this with two different admin logins on production - DemoAdmin and CBADAD.

          I logged into these accounts first time , clearing cache, but I am not able to reproduce it.

          Please provide specific scenario for this issue.
