Verified the case in Preprod with above scenarios and now the form fields are coming responsive.

The suggestion appeared away from text field. Also, in few cases teh fields seems overlapping text.

Hi Priya Dhamande,

Cause: The inputs of PDF were not responsive in case of checking the responsiveness.

Concern: No responsiveness case was taken care in adding inputs to the PDF.

Correction: The inputs media query is being added for different screen resolutions.
