CBAT:Sending offer letters by clicking back or X: AT-2687

      Description

      When I click preview and send for an offer letter on the below, it takes me to the preview page. There are 4 options:
      1) send- this should send the document (works)
      2) Save-this should save the values( today it sends the document-SHOULD NOT SEND)
      3) Back- this should close the pop up and allow you to adjust the offer letter template or requisition (today it goes back and sends-SHOULD NOT SEND)
      4) Click the X- this should close the pop up and go back to the previous page (today it closes and sends- SHOULD NOT SEND)

      clicking the image below takes you to the preview page mentioned above. I can't get a screenshot of the actual page due to the DMS error.
