Replication steps :

1) Open the url for create document template
2) Check the checkbox for Does this form required an expiration date?
3) On click of "Valid from" the date picker gets opens
4) UI of Date-picker for Next and Previous icon as Arrow is incorrect.

Expected : UI of Date-picker for Next and Previous icon as Arrow should be proper.
