Cannot see offer letter history if user email has dot (.) or plus (+)

      Description

      I have a user created with email candidate.ak+1@gmail.com for this candidate, I am not able to see any offer letter history.

      Shamooka Mohapatra, has done some investigation and found out that 

      API : api/candidateProfile/candidate.ak+1@gmail.com is not returning data.
