Hi All,

The zoom in /out button in case of IE11 is caused due to network issue. As per our global policies in CB configured systems, the font icons are not able to get download.

When tried and tested the case on system apart from CB, we are able to see the font icons in IE11 perfectly.

For the network policies, the helpdesk team is still looking into this issue.

Attached screenshot is for IE11 on system apart from CB family.

Hi All,

We tried to find the root cause of this zoom in / out button distortion in IE11. It is due to the Windows Firewall issue, as we have a dedicated firewall setting for all the cb machines. Currently the Windows Firewall is Off due to which the fonts are not downloading.

To confirm this we checked this on other machines apart from cb system, and in that if Windows Firewall is ON(default state), the icons are showing accurately.

We have verified this and found issue still persist on IE but it is working fine on EDGE, FF, Chrome.

we have notice another issue, when user do zoom in on document page then he is not able to navigate to next page of document until he zoom out, he had raised another bug(dms-2042) to track this

Mohd Belal can you please mentions  IE11 icon buttons issue Jira ticket number in this ticket so we can track that.

and now Zoom in & out button is not showing correctly on firefix also.

The zoom in/out issue of the Firefox is being fixed and is deployed. Please check and verify at CBES side.

For the icons issue in IE11, the icon buttons are functional, but they are not displaying accurately. For this we will create a separate Jira and handle this issue in that.

Any specific details in this issue. When tested with basicIntegration url the zoom in/out/reset buttons are working as attached above.
