          this issue still persist as still security question is not loading instead it is showing loader on the page.

          Steps:

          Enter URL

          Click on forgot password
          Provide Email id

          Click on next

          We have verified this and found working fine if user provide correct email id. Please refer screenshot

          if user provide wrong email id then page is not displaying any error and a loader is displaying continuously
