Previewing archived documents once document is signed

      The preview for the archived document should work in case if the document is already signed by the candidate.

          We have now to show the document in case it is completed and archived.
          We need to make changes in the corresponding API.

          Right now we are not previewing the completed documents at the DMS side. Users can only download the completed documents.

          But now there is a new requirement from the CBAT side to preview both *completed* and *Completed Archived* documents.

          Should we proceed with these changes? Please confirm. ]
