Do changes in the DMS profile of a candidate flow back into the ATS ? (phone number, email, home address)

Patrick Phillips, thoughts about this? the recruiter would have to manually check for changes and perform the changes done at the candidate level. Maybe we should notify the recruiter that the candidate made modifications in their DMS account?
