Samir, Amrendra Kumar There is no limitation on fallable fields(Upper bound is for mapping with available fields in DMS which way more than 41). If there is any issue with a form, please share that form so we can test on our side.

This is one of the forms I tried to upload. It seems to sometimes work if you don’t have any of the fields tagged, but if you have the fields set to pull information from the ATS you get the error message below.

I created a template with given pdf  file and mapped the field randomly. I was able to send the form successfully. I was not able to replicate.

I mapped all the field of attached pdf file. It contains 35 fields.

Harish.Sharma we have to test it more that 41 fields.

Narendra Kumar I used the file provided by the Arnaud. For testing with more than 41 field we will be required a file which contain more than 41 fields.

I have attached an additional test document. Please note that the issue only occurs if you map the document to pull information from the system. If you upload the document but don’t set it to pull any information from the ATS it loads with no issues.

I tried with the file "Large Offer Letter Agreement Document.pdf" and I am not able to replicate the defect. File is getting send successfully and this file contains the 34 fields only. 

hello Harish.Sharma , the user had reported that the issue occurs only when you map the doc to get data from the system; can you confirm these steps were re-enacted?

I also requested confirmation of how many fields the user is expecting to see in the file

We are trying to map the doc field with the DMS system field but for 34 field mapping, it is working fine. Now the question is, is it work if we have more than 41 fillable fields in the PDF Doc? So for testing this, we need one PDF file that should contain more than 41 fields.

Did you get any PDF file with more fields in it?
