Steps:
- Select Send Forms & select any of the PDF.
- Enter the mail id 'utkarsh.katiyar@careerbuilder.com'
- Enter the Subject & select Preview Form.
- Observed that Preview is showing previously provided values.
- Change the email address to 'narendra.kumar@careerbuilder.com'
- Click on the Preview form, then it is showing previously provided values.
Expected Result: In Preview the value shouldn't appear automatically.

Hi Utkarsh.Katiyar
This is not an issue instead this is the feature. If we are sending either a new template or existing template to an existing user, we will show his information(Whatever we have stored in DB) based on the mapped fields in the PDF file.
This is not a valid bug. I'm closing this ticket.
