I have below queries :

1. Email will be sent to the person who initiated the form. So Email id will be populated by default on click of Decline to Sign button.Will this data go to Email log? if yes, what will be the subject.

[Samir]: Email will go to Email log. Subject will be "Decline to Sign" with document name

1. Will this entry go to document routing about being declined.

[Samir]: As of now no entry in document routing

1. Once it is declined and user again goes to same document, will Decline to Sign button be enabled or disabled? If enabled, then what data will be shown in popup. If disabled, what should be the button name.

[Samir]: Data will be shown, incase user revisit this page

Getting Server error while submitting steps:

1. Dashboard > Create Template 
2. Completed/ Sent Form > Send
3. Sen Form > Send 
4. Email Received > Click Review ans Sign
5. Candidate login > Decline and Sign 
6. Submit > Server error occurred
