The client reported that when they select "Print" on a DMS Application for any candidate, the Printed document has all checkboxes checked on the DMS Application.
If we click on the “Document Link” for any signed DMS document by a candidate, and if the user clicks on the “Print” icon, the printed document has all values “checked” for optional type fields on the DMS document.
For example Candidate: Roland Agyemang ID:424979

added a comment - poonam.rana Please test and verify it on Stage site. This is working only when PDF is read-only, but for the review and sign page, it is still not working. I tried it by upgrading the version of the pdf-viewer and then it is working fine but with that version, we have the safari browser/ iOS devices issue. (Stucked on one input field and then not moved to another).
I also tried it by downgrade the version but then we have the same print preview issue. So now I have no idea how to fix this issue.
Ravi Banda - For now, we can just remove the print button and not have any other solution. Your suggestion, please.

I reviewed this issue on Stage site , I can still see all checkboxes are pre checked for optional fields on DMS document.

I tried it all the way but didn't get any solution for this, Before I was thinking that we have an issue in PDF but I also tried it by correction the PDF but still not able to fix this.

As discussed we are now removing the print button feature and will give you the work around how we can print the document.

Print Icon has been successfully removed from Stage site. We can move the changes to PRODUCTION site.

I have verified the scenario on candidate portal for PRODUCTION(US & EU) sites, Print Icon is not displaying anymore.
