I have checked the success message for "Review and Sign" page on PRODUCTION (US & EU) site. success message is displaying as expected.

Okay Narendra Kumar , I am marking this card as DONE for stage environment. Will validate the same on PROD once PROD build is done.

This is the API response, so we can not do that. It will as it is.

Success message is displaying as Expected on "Review and Sign" Page.  But the next sentence starts with "Check your email for a copy.............................." should starts from second line not first. There should be one line gap between the two lines.
