Not able to create New Email template in DMS through CBAT

      Description

      Please follow below steps:

      1. Login to CBAT 
      2. Click on "Edit DMS Email Templates" under  Toolbox header link.
      3. Click on "Add a new Template" button at top right side.
      4. "Create Email Template" API will call on CBAT.

      Here full template is not displaying under DMS API call , due to which user is not able to create new Email DMSTemplate. Please look into it.
