Please follow below steps:
- Login to CBAT
- Click on "Edit DMS Email Templates" under Toolbox header link.
- Click on "Add a new Template" button at top right side.
- "Create Email Template" API will call on CBAT.
Here full template is not displaying under DMS API call , due to which user is not able to create new Email DMSTemplate. Please look into it.
