      Description

      Replication steps :
      1)Open the url of Create document template
      2)Observe that template ID is mentioned in url, when we change ID system showing the update document template page

      Expected : ID should not display, If ID is displayed then when the ID is changed system should show unauthorized access

            On create document template When TemplateID in url is update from 0 to 2 or any number, user automatically navigate to update document template page.
