Create Document template | Dates get changed automatically when year is changed

      Description

      Replication steps :
      1) Open the dashboard
      2)Click on create document template
      3) check Does this form required an expiration date?
      4) Enter "Valid from" and "Valid to" date manually eg : 12/01/2018
      5)Then change the year manually to 1997
      6) Observed that date and month swapped automatically to 01/12

      Expected Result : When year is changed manually, date and month should not change or swap.

            Verified on preproduction.
            As entering date manually are disable, we can only select the dates from date picker hence this issue is resolved.
            Marking item state as Done

            Hi Jayshree Nagpure,

            We are making these fields as read-only so that user could be able to select valid dates only. So I think in that case this will not happen.
