Overview:
Allow end users to receive email notifications when they have a new document they need to complete.

Entry:

• End user opens email.

Acceptance Criteria:
*IF I am an end user, I will receive an email that i have document(s) to complete.
*IF I am an end user, I have the ability to click a button within the email that takes me directly into the portal to complete forms.

Exit:
*End user closes email.
