      Description

      Replication step :

      1)Login with admin credentials
      2) Create the document template
      3) Send forms > Select the document template > Preview
      4) Send the document
      5) User is not receiving an email to Review and Signing the document.
      PFA -

      Expected Result : User should receive an email to Review and Signing the document

            I have verified this after build deployment.
            I received and email for Review and Complete.
            Working fine

            This is fixed and deployed on development environment & pre-prodcuation.
