Aruna Raheja Looks good - only question I have - what does the phrase 'Sender doesn't support replies' for? To me, it looks like it would be the message to opt out. Wouldn't we want it to be something more like "To unsubscribe from receiving text messages, please click here' - I guess i'm not following what that area is for based on that text.
Molly Ronovsky : Yes, it is the Opt out message I haa a discussion with DEV team and as per them it should be the part of Body SMS, so i changed the mockup.
Also i have done some changes suggested by Kristen. Kindly have a look on attached screens
Aruna Raheja Got it - looks better. The click here - how will that work? How do you make it a link to unsubscribe or take action? Can we show that / how we ensure this does not get changed by a user?
As well, can you please update the test phone number text to be:
Please use a comma to separate additional phone numbers in which a test text message should be sent:
Confirm this is for the test? If it's not, where do you input that number? As well, if its not, the above text should be: Please use a comma to separate additional phone numbers for which the text message should be sent:
Molly Ronovsky : Below are my answers to your queries
- The click here - how will that work? How do you make it a link to unsubscribe or take action? - In this case, i had a discussion with Harshveer Singh, we can use 2 ways for this. One is instead of click here we can put a Link in the opt out message and second one is that we can change the verbiage to "To unsubscribe, reply UNSUBSCRIBE to 567657". Let me know which one works for you
- Can we show that / how we ensure this does not get changed by a user? - This can be managed in backend, user is not allowed to change this in frontend. If you still have any queries, Harshveer Singh can elaborate.
- As well, can you please update the test phone number text to be:
Please use a comma to separate additional phone numbers in which a test text message should be sent: This is for text message not for test message, have added one more screen for this. Please review
# Confirm this is for the test? If it's not, where do you input that number? As well, if its not, the above text should be: Please use a comma to separate additional phone numbers for which the text message should be sent: Verbiage changed, kindly check

1. I think I like the second one - but if we use the first - how will they know what the link is for? As well, if they unsubscribe are they only unsubscribing from that company?
2. Thanks
3. Thanks - need to update the verbiage on the send text page too, as there is a field that still has old verbiage.
Harshveer Singh : Can you please elaborate Molly Ronovsky point.
Molly Ronovsky : Can you please let me know on which page old verbiage is showing. I am not getting the same.
There is only one screenshot uploaded by you showing the old verbiage
"how will they know what the link is for?"
-We will need to add some description like "Use this URL to unsubscribe" if we go with first approach.
"As well, if they unsubscribe are they only unsubscribing from that company?"
-We are still in discussion regarding if we will use single short code to message candidates or provision long codes for each customer. In case we are using Reply to SMS to unsubscribe, then if we are using short code then candidates will unsubscribe from all companies(as candidate is unsubscribing from the number). If we are using long codes for each customer then candidate will be unsubscribed from that company only. While in case of using a link to unsubscribe, we can manage that candidate unsubscribes only from a particular company.

Then we should probably go with the link!
Molly Ronovsky : This is the screenshot uploaded by you previously to get me know which verbiage need to change.
Also i have updated the Opt Out message. Kindly have a look
Aruna Raheja Oh ok- sorry it gets confusing
opt out looks good - can you confirm this cannot be edited by any user?
Molly Ronovsky : Your query can be handled by Harshveer Singh
Harshveer Singh : Please reply.
Molly Ronovsky: For UX perspective can i close the ticket
Aruna RahejaSure.
Molly Ronovsky, we can generate opt out string and append to message, this need not be editable by user.
Harshveer Singh great!
Molly Ronovsky Samir : Please find attached the mockups for sending texts. Kindly provide your feedback onto the same
