Please refer HTML's for structuring and you can replace the SCSS files. Please check if you have added any classes at your end in common scss.

Find attached documentTemplate.component.html and style.scss.

As discussed I have added comments to the section where I done the changes.
comment is <!-- classes changed -->
Just replace the changes as this HTML is static and may not match to the developed page.
Please add Radio button changes throughout the page. In HTML only one section is having Radio buttons, but in developed app we have more.

And As per discussion with Swapnil, you can consider those changes as well at your end.
 

Ok I am adding changes to the document template part.

Smita Pawar Are the style.scss and custom-variables.scss updated as I will be changing this in develop branch.

Mohd Belal, style.scss you can update. Today I have not added any changes to custom-variables.scss but if previously you didn't updated then please replace.
