API to return if a given mobile number is unsubscribed by the end user (they decided to STOP receiving messages)

This API needs to be verified as part of this ticket: /api/SMS/SubscriptionStatus

This will return subscription status of number.

You can unsubscribe using any of these keywords: STOP/STOPALL/UNSUBSCRIBE/CANCEL/END/QUIT

You can subscribe back using any of these keywords: START/YES/UNSTOP

You can get information regarding subscribing or unsubscribing using any of these keywords: HELP/INFO

The API is tested for unsubscribing the mobile number, worked as required.
So, marking jira ready.
