      Description

      We will offer the ability to use an offer letter approval process within the ATS to increase the users’ efficiency in managing and extending offers.    The goal is to reduce the time it takes users to get an offer approved and sent to a candidate while staying within the same system.   This will include the following enhancements:

      • Simplified, automated process to have appropriate individuals approve an offer for a candidate
      • Ability for different offer approval workflows for different positions (Multiple offer approval workflows), or no approval process at all
      • Ability to change approvers that are defaulted in workflow (behind an access level)
      • Flexibility within approval process to skip / resend offer approval (behind an access level)
      • Ability to add comments / standard reasons when an offer is rejected in approval process
      • Dedicated offer tab on candidate profile (behind an access level)
      • Increased visibility into the status of offers in the approval process and who an approval is waiting on / who remaining approvers are, as well as logged history on the history tab of the candidate
      • Reminder notifications to approvers about offers awaiting their approval, as well as a CC to the initiator 
      • New permission setting to specify users able to push requisitions in offer approval process forward if approver does not respond
      • Customized offer approval email templates
      • Offer letter templates
      • Ability to preview offer letter and email before it goes out to candidate
      • Ability for candidate to esign their offer
      • Ability to download signed offers easily or send to HRIS
      • Reporting capabilities on offer letter approvals / extensions
