Aruna Raheja I think this looks good. Only thing I am thinking, if we keep the 'group by' we would need a place to identify the types of groups there might be. So we might have auto responses (which are the defaults that go to candidates), and then any other templates a client might have. In CBAT, the client can define the dropdown for group types and then can organize themselves. We just would need to know where the client could customize that?

1. How we will manage the email templates in multiple languages for same category? Right now we can have only one template in each category.

2. Also, if we create the generic email templates then where all these will be listed?

I talked to Samir this morning. We believe that within the email template, you can change the language to input that text for that language. That way when you are looking at the template library, you do not see multiple of the same template with the only difference being it's a different language. I think that would cause for a very cluttered library. This is how the ATS does it below - you can see in the top right corner you pick which language and then shows the template for that language- Aruna Raheja can you please mock-up the language within the template? I feel like you might have already done this, and if so just add here?

Not sure if i'm following the second question - but we would still have the standard templates listed here as well they just would not be able to be deleted, so those should not have a delete icon next to them. You can see in the back of ATS for email templates, in the last column, some do not have the X which is their delete
