Aruna Raheja Yes, those make sense. What does 'profile' mean though? Essentially when you click into the candidate you would see all forms associated with them, as well.
Molly Ronovsky : Can you please have a look on attached screens and let me know if it is what you required.
Aruna RahejaKristen
I believe the listing should look more like a search results type of feel? As well, how is experience going to get calculated?
Candidate details looks ok
Molly Ronovsky : I have the list search. Can you please have a look on this.
Also for experience calculation, i think Samir can elaborate you.

Aruna Raheja I think for the search results/candidates list it would be better to remove it from the table. Usually in other products such as ATS and TDP the lists look similar to this: https://careerbuilder.invisionapp.com/share/S9Q380O5J2B#/247881446_My_Candidates_-_Exclude_-1-_Idle-

Aruna RahejaKristen Yes - agree with Kristen.
Hi Molly Ronovsky Kristen : I have redesign it as per the lists we are displaying for TDP and ATS. I have removed skills and salary as we are not storing it anywhere. Kindly have a look.
Also I have used the filters as per the data we are displaying. Once a user click on "See Details", it will open up the candidate profile page.
I am not sure whether we are keeping the functionality of Favorites and Add to list. Kindly suggest.
If the attached mockups are good to go then i will create other pages
Aruna Raheja I think that looks much better - Kristen
I think favorites and add to list would be something we could consider later, down the line.
Aruna Raheja, Molly Ronovsky Much better. One question, do we need to think about including search functionality on this page? Just incase the user wants to run a new search?
Kristen Good thought, didn't notice the box wasn't there - also, Aruna, where did they input the search to begin with? The mock shows search results, but how did they input that? We should be able to input a name too to find the candidate.
Hi Molly Ronovsky Kristen: I agree with your point that there should be some search option on this page. As per the story, we have given the option to search by name only so I have created one mockup for that.
I also designed the mock-ups having the option to search via Job profile and salary as well, so let me know your thoughts about the same.
Also, I have removed Favorites and Add to list option for now. After removing the same I think that there is a lot of white space so I have created one more mockup for your reference. Kindly have a look on the attached mockups and provide your feedback.
Aruna Raheja Looks good - i am good with either
Hi Molly Ronovsky : Kindly check the attached mockups for different features.
Aruna Raheja Yes - as we said on the phone, let's go with the search you provided.
Molly Ronovsky : Please check the attached mockup
Aruna Rahejalooks good
Molly Ronovsky : Can i close this ticket?
CC: Kristen
Aruna Raheja yes
Hi Molly Ronovsky : What will be the columns that we need to display for Candidate list. Right now i am considering the below fields -
Molly Ronovsky Kristen Also I am thinking to show Grid View as well (attached is the reference), let me know your thoughts.
