Hi Aruna Raheja, Smita Pawar,

We have below queries on jira:

1. How to differentiate Form and documents attached like giving a title or heading etc. Please refer screen capture
   
   2. What form name should be displayed, please refer attached screen capture 
   
   3. As there is no restriction on the number of forms to be selected, the form gets scroll and doesnot look good. Screen capture attached for reference.

For Point 1. , I am not sure whether Molly Ronovsky want it in separate heading or in combined heading

For Point 2. , As per me Title name should be displayed but this also can be finalised by Molly Ronovsky

For Point 3. , As per me we can show only 5 documents at a time and with that we can show more option. But on that as well, final call can be taken by Molly Ronovsky

Swapnil Pandhare please confirm this points with Molly Ronovsky & let us know

1. Are we talking the difference between Reference and Action documents? Could we do two columns and make that look nice Aruna Raheja?

2. Title name - as that would be the title name of the document being sent to that candidate.

3. I like Aruna's idea to just show a more and then it can expand

Molly Ronovsky : As per me, we should no go with 2 columns. We should make it one after the other because number of documents will fluctuate in every case. If we take 2 columns, then there will be no symmetry.

I have created both the options for your reference with show effect. Kindly confirm which one looks better.

Thanks for the input.
Currently, we are able to add a single document of Action Form or Reference so the multiple documents issue will be skipped.
We have a concern about what if multiple forms are selected while selecting the checkboxes. refer screen capture attached.

Can you please provide mockups for multiple selections of form names.

I have discussed our in call query with Swapnil Pandhare and keeping on this hold as of now. will have to discuss this with Samir & Swapnil that how document names are to be displayed and attachment section needs a separate header title or not.

I am not following the issue - if multiple documents are selected, why can the not be shown on the next page? We should end up showing the 'Title' of the documents there since that is what the document will be named for that candidate...I am happy to jump on a call about this, as well.

As well, Aruna Raheja you are showing the documents on the template page vs. the send page?

Molly Ronovsky I am showing it on the sent page, I just used the old mockup to display the data if there are multiple documents selected. Let me know if you have any other query

Aruna Raheja Shouldn't your mock-up show it on this page? The page you did it on would never have all those documents? as you can only upload one doc when creating a forms template....but i like the on top of each other look vs. side by side.
