1.Login with admin
2. Create new template > add email address > preview form > send
3. Candidate whose email id is added will receive email address
4.Login with admin itself > review and complete> submit > server error

Expected : When admin is logged in and hit on submit, should not throw server error
if they dont have access, instead submit should be disabled
