Verified on preproduction.

• Upload Signature/Draw signature/Type signature > Clear button is disabled , its not clearly identified as button is disabled.
  Again needs to make font color light.

As per the discussion I'm making the clear button disabled at by default. If user draw or upload or type any signature it will be enabled. And on clear it will again disabled.
