Description

1.Candidate will receive Review and complete email
2. Review and sign > submit
3. back to review and sign page > click on signed
4. click on back arrow
5. Dashboard displayed

Expected : Candidate should not have dashboard access, only review and sign tile should show.
Other tiles functionality is throwing server error
