I did a test when sending a form, and I selected a template, and then uploaded both an action and reference form. This is not working at all as expected – as all that happened was the form I uploaded as an action came through email to me as an attachment. Nothing happened with the reference form. What should happen is the action one should be able to be completed by the candidate in the portal, and the reference form should be listed in the reference section of the candidate’s portal.
